I explained the math in my post. I paid for my number of shares only to have management take them away and re-dilute the company with shares that belonged to shareholders who bought them legit.
The company was already structured for acquisitions and there is no defend-able reason other than to enrich themselves by taking shares that do not belong to them and reselling them.
Other posters on here have also pointed out that there was plenty to work with in the share structure.
Pumping it while knowing about the R/S is a scam and discredits any attempts to justify the situation.
