Excellent post. No way to soft pad it, the receiver's report from 2/25/19 isn't great--there are a lot of creditors involved and a lot of $ owed here. But, if the case is dismissed and closed, that number should be significantly smaller--at least hopefully. Still, it is a very risky play and like you I've been here because of the good S/S here and the potential for the Co. to restart operations or potentially a new business direction after this mess is cleaned up. We shall see.....but, at the first sign of an AS increase, etc. I think this likely fails to pan out. GLTY.
