Updateon what, tell him to file the current audited ficancials? or put out a PR stating the reason for the delay in financials, rather than posting fluff PR's.
Tell him to deal with the matter at hands, the financials which is a concern of all share holders, they have been asking for this for quite sometime. They gave a filing date and it was not filed and neither did they address the reason why it wasn't or bother to mention anything about it again in a PR form.

I see how this one is playingout already. It smells around here and it's bad! Real bad my friends.
