I commend you on your thoughts. Needless to say, I have asked myself the same question for over 5 years now. The expression time will tell comes to mind. But as I grow older, I begin to wonder if I will live to see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
I have come to believe that selling the real estate assets and finally concluding the Lucerne transaction with Tonogold are paramount to finally eliminating the debt and actually having cash in the bank. The CEO told us previously that the TNGL deal would be done by June. Alas it is August and we still have no resolution. It is hard to believe the CEO's words.
And one thing that I have learned is that this company does not have enough mining know how to actually mine anything. So, please, Corrado, do not make the same mistake and promise to mine the Dayton. Find a real mining operation and let them do the work.
