Not really as impressive as the headline:

(1) Low calorie diet: problem of multicolinearity-is it the low calorie diet or Qsymia, nobody can tell;
(2) 'Potential to decrease weight". 'Potential is not scientific 'validity' or 'reliability';
(3) "Could increase or maintain ...." Could have, would have, should have, give me a break.
