That really is the bottom line here folks...will a formal PARTNERSHIP be announced here or not? If no, then a financial backer does not mean a partner and DILUTION is DILUTION.

So either the $40M cash need is coming in a way that doesn't cause dilution or it is coming in a way that does. Place your bets ? I would argue that if DILUTION happens, it will be taken down HARD.
