So once again the courts cave to the wishes of the defendants regardless of how baseless the request is. By my recollection the courts have pretty much sided with the defendants at most every turn. This has allowed them to drag this thing out interminably, seems most unfair to me.

Also, in my opinion, this does not bode well for the eventual outcome of the appeal, the court seems to favor the other side. At this time, I am not hopeful.
