Still no quarterly filing 1 day after the anticipated date noted in the notification of late filing. If no filing today i would expect a second notification of late filing with a new anticipated date. Amazing GRNH cannot get their statements done, they are not exactly a giant conglomerate! It is almost 3 months after the reporting period ending 6/30/2019.They will of course say the outside accountants are still looking at them as a reason. However if the accountants are still looking at the financials, in all likelihood it is because they have questions whereas GRNH has not satisfactorily answered.
