What was stated by Leo is that the upfront payment will be used to complete B pill human testing. They will still need further operating capital until the next deal is made when ever that may be. As we've witnessed with the AS deal even after a term sheet is announced finalizing takes a few months to finally complete. Hopefully another deal soon to be announced.
