i wish people would stop talking about a lawsuit..first we have no real link to show a suit has been filed to date . If i am wrong about that please support that with a link rather then some anonymous post on seeking alpha or here. 2- even if a lawsuit is filed you are assuming that a class action will result in a successful conclusion for shareholders which is a long way off and usually results in pennies on a dollar after atty fees.
