I guess we now can come up with an accurate evaluation of LHS. No more, "how much will Ohio do". "will LHS be a major MSO?". we know they will grow and sell in the sunshine state. If they don't FU on producing quality and remain the lower priced option, they can do a solid business there. Hey, or they are being pruned for sale. The press release is really vague in saying they sold virtually all of their Ohio assets, and then saying it was 50% of 51%. I suspect it is worded wrong and they maintained just 1%. Why?, who knows. Maybe the buyer wants LHS (or whoever may come into the picture) to be unable to enter Ohio again, so they left them with the 1%. I am not a pumper or dumper, just trying to get an idea of what is happening and what will happen. Who has an active crystal ball out there?
