Yeah a bit bothersome to me too. but seems like someone was adding here and there on it. Kept looking like they might do a mini run then nothing. Not sure if they are coming back. CWTC sort of had similar thing. where some bidders at .004 range. and every now and then a little slap to load. then all sudden yesterday it got bought up to .01 eod. just oddball stuff i notice on stocks i own that just seem slightly similar on L2. sometimes the same guys buy these up.
