I would not rule out a yield sign. News is always released after hours. The yield sign would be removed very shortly afterward; maybe even the next day.

This, very much so, is a strategy to stop the runs and therefore the ensuing selloff. See, at the time great news would come out, there would be a run, and the ensuing sell off would push the price lower. The company stated they would aim to stop this pattern and they have done so effectively which makes this a successful strategy. Share price is building on higher lows with slower growth.

An investment is a vehicle for which a return is expected at some point in the future. For the risk of losing money, there is a rate of return correlated with the risk. For EXXE, the potential reward is so great that the risk of loss is minimal for me. To others that could be different. But with probability of success being higher than similar investments and the potential payoff being higher than similar investments, the risk of loss is just not high enough to make me worry about this investment at all.

If it did run, you’d call it a P&D. Because it doesn’t run you call it dead.... just an observation.
