The strategy for deregistering is pretty obvious and it does not speak well of the company.
Do you think it's okay for a company to promote an audit over a period of 1 1/2 years and then never post filings from any of the previous years from 2016 forward?
What about their auditor RRBB severing business ties in June?
And then 2 1/2 months later they file a form 15 to deregister.
Do you see this as being a part of some grand plan for success?
I don't.
