Janice, keep on laughing! The company is turning around in a BIG WAY and if you can't see it, then so be it. It's all about the future and not the past.

Of course ARYC would have to deregister in order to file a NEW REGISTRATION, which they will be free to do when the Form 15 takes effect. I don't know why you think it's so funny. To me, it is perfectly logical.
