Hmmm, how about this scenario;

Andrea wins the Apple lawsuit, Fortress cashes bigtime, leftovers are for Doug. Shareholders are left with a few bucks in yearly revenues, aka holding the (almost empty) bag.

How does that sound ? We have seen such scenarios numerous times before (remember previous settlements, cases won?), haven’t we ?.
