VFRM: Reverse Split is next up. Solid opinion.

Can not have this many shares and hope to become a company that is taken seriously by investors.

R/S will be very painful for current share holders but help share holders that stay on sidelines and wait for VFRM to fall into. 60 to .80 cent area before the R/S.
