Over the last five years how many times has Ed tweeted things that were misleading and manipulative...even press releases about the "Sycamore Audit Near Completion"...

and that is just the 1st point for reasons to receive the Skull and Crossbones...

Suspension/Halt — A regulatory authority or an exchange has halted or suspended trading for public interest concerns (i.e. not a news or earnings halt).

Already halted in Canada...How long before they are halted for something the CEO "missed" or has done here? Ed seems clueless.

He has earned the Caveat Emptor Designation, IMHO.
