broke, the paper work is happening as we speak? they said that months ago. I invested cause they pumped how siir would be in film festivals months ago and how much it was worth. and 5-6 months later it still not totally done and hasnt been shown at any festivals. but in the time since they failed to deliver a divy that was promised, changed names and locations, did a r/s, but before the r/s they messed with the stock a bit with the r/s on, r/s off, r/s on pr's. and I believe they are diluting again under the new name, didnt they even say so, to pay for never submit

all this happened after I invested, so how was I to DD all that? sure its easy to see it now after the fact.
