Fact is that the EOC regulations were made necessary because what morons consider political correctness is, mostly, morons being morons and behaving like assholes in the workplace.

S'why so many of us had to suffer through so many clumsy HR orientation/update videos depicting and warning against troglodyte words and behavior in our workplace; sadly lost on the same idiots who ignored 'play nice' when they were in the sandbox.

Along came a bigger & more racially and gender diverse sandbox, and they were fucked. One could see them sitting outside of the HR office because they just didn't 'get it'.

Faux grievances, we hear to this day, out the wazoo ensued. "I used to be able and say and do………", insert words and behavior that USED to risk a punch in the face.

If anyone doubts that Trump’s statements were despicable, note that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission specifically bars employers from using “ethnic epithets, such as making fun of a person’s foreign accent or comments like, ‘Go back to where you came from.’”
