Starting out by scamming your investors isn't going to help raise millions by any means. The company was already scaled for acquisitions. This is greed by management for their own benefit anyway you choose to justify it.
Saying this scam is good for us is saying it's OK to go steal if it's for a reason no matter how absurd.
Companies raise money by rewarding investors not stealing from them which seems to be the norm for this outfit.
All they did was buy a shell to avoid some paperwork and get set up to re-dilute it for whatever they can and once again it will go dormant. The OTC is bloated with these kind of PIE in the sky outfits.
Too bad they couldn't be one of the more honorable groups and actually do the right thing by shareholders.
