Let's say they need $10 Million to do everything they want to do. Where does that money come from?
I would suggest people are looking at this backward. If you have 300,000 shares of a company with no assets and no capital to do anything you have nothing. If you instead have 20,000 share of the company and they raise $Millions selling shares you may be part of something big.
