This stock looks like a great deal to me. I have one question though.....How long do shareholders as of December 1st have to hold onto their stock in order to receive the dividend?

In other words, for example: If I wanted to sell my shares of IBAC stock on December 9th and did so, would I still get my 25% dividend on December 15th or not?
