I would have expected a lot more activity on this board as well as the stock price of NOVL after announcing the deal with Microsoft. This stock should have ran much higher when they announced the deal. I can't figure out why the market didn't welcome this news with any enthusiasm.
Is there anything negative about this company that investor's might not know about???
