This part troubled me the most as I have posted that I would take the DD GRNFAQ.com site down if I was not satisfied with an answer.
Not seriously but serious enough: He screwed up with the 8-K document.
He will have it amended, fixed on next 8-K or earlier. I have demanded that as a shareholder. ( PERIOD) and end of discussion for me and family.
When I sent out a press release, I always had not ONE (but) 2-3 other eyes to PROOF read.. You are in the public's eye..
