This is actually a very legitimate point...

In the 7/01/2019 8k, which he signed off on:

"Mr. Costello is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Public Business Administration and a graduate of the Harvard Business School."

The shareholder letter says:

"I did attend Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for graduate work but it was not at the Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts."
