What is the Record date one must own shares on GNBT to receive the 1:1 free share? What is the date that this 1:1 free share will be disbursed? I have heard of companies and seen them actually pay out free shares, but rarely do they do it as soon as they state they will. Anyone in their right mind would drop $10k on this stock a few days prior to Record date. Knowing that even if the price drops 25% by the time the free shares will be given, you have still made 50% gains on your $10k investment. What am I missing. Seems like a no brained assuming the company follows through with their word
