This EXTRAORDINARY Dividend IMHO will be a Cash Dividend $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Is it guessing, wishful thinking or do you have any evidence of a cash distribution?

Reading about your rationale supporting would be elevating to all investors, would you mind sharing?

I personnally believe that:

a) GNCP has no cash
b) GNCP has no claims' ownership, and the real and sole owner is Searchlight
c) Saying Bauman is a buddy does not bring extra value to GNCP
d) GNCP can't exercise its call otion on Searchlight's claims
e) The market value of unproven mining LEASED CLAIMS is low
f) Any proceeds from liquidation of those mining assets(yearly lease) would go in priority and entirely to the owners of preferreds A and C series, leaving nothing to common stockholders
g) any proceeds would be in the form of third party obscure shares, as Lowenthal always paid dividends that way re FFGO
