THE REVERSE SPLIT will change the Market cap...because it gives the Crooked CEO more room to DILUTE. So when the REVERSE SPLIT happens at .0001 say at 1 for 100. Then the shareprice is at .01 and outstanding shares are at 40 Million. So Crooked Steve has another almost 5 BILLION shares that he can dilute.

As long as he can find investors DUMB enough to believe his lies then he can live off of them.
