Last time I got in a float with volume/price like this, the stock moved to a high of 60 cents 10 months later. 5 months before the 60 cent move, Arcaro got the shell

It turned out that Joe Arcaro was RMing a company. Same type of float and share structure like this

RAGL has had some volume like this in 2018. I think something has slowly been going on for the past year. Can only account for 40% of the recent volume.
