“the X-Train project couldget on track next summer with a major new partner.”

“the company behind what previously was called X-Train, has been in talks with Amtrak about a possiblecollaboration on the long-planned train project, both parties confirmed.”

“Amtrak has had discussions with Las Vegas Xpress, formerly known as X-Train, and is EXPLORING an operations agreement between Amtrak and Las Vegas Xpress,” said Olivia Irvin, Amtrak spokeswoman.

Michael Barron, chairman and CEO of Las Vegas Xpress Inc., said the rail project is now projected to get underway in July.

Neither Barron nor Amtrak would provide additional details on their possiblepartnership, citing non-disclosure agreements between the parties.

Meanwhile, Union Pacific Railroad confirmed it has had talks with Barron about the potentialuse of its tracks for the proposed privately operated passenger rail service, but no lease has been signed.

Though Barron’s plans as late as December included the station, they have not had any discussion with Barron or the X-Train team in years Maier said.

So all the confirmed dilution has been just to pay Barron for having unfruitful talks! WOW!

This charade has been going on for 10 years now at shareholders expense, what a joke the SEC needs to get involved I was actually thinking, silly me that we actually might be rolling here shortly in a few months now it’s at least another 11 or longer. If shareholders give him another dime we are insane!
