A new business can be registered using any physical address, and it appears that’s exactly what occurred here. That’s not to say that Demcon isn’t allowing Loudoun to use their suite since, you know, they’ve been there since 10/03/2000...

But since we’re all in the “DD” mood, let’s get into some really interesting observations regarding this empty shell.

Note: Loudoun isn’t wearing a wedding band.

There’s ‘ole Ronald (as of March 14, 2019) talking about the wonders of aeroponics, how a lot of other people aren’t considering it and that anyone using soil will be going out of business in the next few years...

4 days later, ‘ole Ronald puts out a PR on March 18, 2019 announcing the company’s desire to acquire this 824-acre ranch, and I quote:

There is an abundant water supply, and the type and pH of the soil, as well as the altitude of the property, are all ideal for hemp cultivation.

So, which is it? Aeroponics or Mother Earth? Not sure why someone who admitted that dirt will be a career killer would have any interest in buying a farm...

Fast forward 5 months later, and GRYN still doesn’t own a farm. They have no money or financing, and Loudoun has yet to roll in a single asset.

Oh, but it gets even better...

Loudoun supposedly sends this botched copy of a hemp permit to a shareholder in an attempt to convince investors that everything’s legit, right? Apparently, the County of San Diego didn’t know how to spell the name of the company and the street at which there’s no real proof of occupancy. And Loudoun now has a ring on his finger, ha!



On June 10, 2019, he announces this huge Purchase Order for $56M worth of hemp that he can’t grow because he doesn’t have a farm. Of course, it’s with an international buyer, which makes it virtually impossible to verify.
