Yes, an RS would have to be approved in the filings. I'm referring to them holding a Special Meeting to have an RS approved and then effected. If they don't do that, there are only (2) options that remain; try and run it up hard again and have it hold, or Nasdaq delists them.


*Yangtze River Port And Logistics shares are trading lower after the company received a delisting notice from Nasdaq. Nasdaq staff believe the company 'participated in a scheme to artificially support' its stock price.

The stock market is an predator / prey scenario where the Companies and their lenders are the predators and retail IS the prey. Play wisely!
