What lawsuits are those? Consider the cost of filing a lawsuit related to Bourque or BORK. What award may be gleaned from such a suit?

Perhaps you know some lawyer who can get blood out of a turnip?

And just what liability do the members of the Board of Directors have who are not also public figure officers? How many offers and directors have made public representations for which they can be successfully sued? Only one?
