I've played this twice for great gains, but something tells me this time it's going to go below .40 and then they will effect an RS. The lawsuit has become meaningless at this point.., $420K is piss water in terms of a defamation case. I was thinking it would rectify their reputation, but now it's going to depend upon some concrete and substantial profits/revenue IF this is going to make a substantial move north. I'm going to move on from this one. GL

The stock market is an predator / prey scenario where the Companies and their lenders are the predators and retail IS the prey. Play wisely!
