"Surge is targeting a niche spot with Millions of under serviced and banked folks who can really utilize the companies programs."

Which Surge has just announced it will be phasing out. This is Surge's "plan" to give-up on its existing revenue stream. I suppose because Surge only has so many (limited) people and limited money to hire people and wants to drive existing revenue to higher margin (yet unproven) service lines of business like SurgePays and SurgePhone and SurgeWireless.

But wait, Surge and Cox previously relayed that its services are scaleable, and quickly scaleable.

Must be CEO Cox bullsh*tting again.

And what about the Surge call center and lead generation marketing team Cox touted as a strong revenue driver?

This dude Cox has too many irons in the fire, and he can't keep up. He's now shifting allocation of limited funds and resources.

He won't even try to sell TrueWireless ?, but just move Surge efforts (El Salvador call center) away from it?
Weird. What's the real story here?

And, you said:
"What is not understood that the Government is slowly moving away from the Lifeline program?".
Bull! Proof? = None! Complete BS. Simply made-up information! Wow.
It is only Surge failing with TrueWireless, not the gov't phasing out the Lifeline program. Pure fabrication to claim otherwise.
