And the thing is, we have presented this due diligence to them about a month ago, where as per WA regulations, an LLC has to be rolled into a HOLDING CORP before it goes public. Justin has been doing everything by the book and extremely calculated. Even to the point where he his rolling a shit load of companies and assets into a very small float.
