seekingafortune, I have been contemplating your post. I think if any lawsuit is warranted, it would be better directed at TCA Global for what appears to be defaulting on the funding commitment.
It appears they have only advanced $1.4 million of the $10M they originally agreed to, leaving Zenergy hanging with what I would estimate being no less than $14M in unfunded ZC contracts.
At the current closing rate, Zenergy was on track to do $25M in ZC mesa contracts by year end.
That would be a lawsuit I would consider joining.
