SGRP
I decided to sell SGRP over the last two days around $1.00. Yes the stock is undervalued, and I would think they could earn about .18-.20 on the year, I do think q2 will be there best quarter however, so I'm not expecting a repeat of the .07 quarter, but I would figure the next two will be more in the .03-.05 range.
I wouldn't of sold generally, but I don't like what is going on with the shareholders and the independent director, and all that stuff reported in a series of 8k lately. Hence I decided to sell, plus I think the risk reward has changed here at $1.00, because of the shareholder structure, and the independent directors stuff, I don't think it deserves a high pe at this point, Hence I feel FV is probably around $1.25, but with these risks with all these 8k, I just decided to get the heck out of it. wouldn't surprise me if it ran more but it was already a 50% gainer for me roughly, so decided to take it. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
