The successful bid had to meet the very spelled out criteria as stated in the Monitors report..$ 4.3 milly would never support the required criteria..That’s just nonsense..They weren”t the only bidder..The bidding candidates were asked to shore up on the criteria..and obviously Visolis complimented...They were the winners with their bid...They stand to earn billions going forward...130,000,000 shares to accommodate is pultry...The SP will likely elevate as the new owners are targeting Sept.- Oct. when the corn comes off to make the billions of dollars sludge...Stay tuned...
