Anyone have clarification on this? Not a neighsayer or flipper, just getting that out of the way so it doesn't seeming like bashing or sway any opinions here....

Under PART 3: NARRATIVE: After reviewing the NT, I see the filing will be for the period ending June 30, 2019 as highlighted.

I also hear alot of chatter/speculation about the YES checked on the bottom.

My question: If the filing is for a specified period, which was BEFORE the LOI or merger negotiations (July for the LOI), then how does this have any implications on the actual filing when it comes? I can't see how they can file for a period that DIDN'T include a deal BEFORE the end of quarter timeline....

Am I missing something? Just curious...
