15:1 is not a big deal. And, they are not re-raising the authorized shares. A reverse split never affects the authorized shares. They worded poorly but this is normal for any reverse split. Yes, it does leave room for dilution but if those extra shares after the reverse split are used for Acquisitions that can be a good thing.

This misinformation and fear about raising the as is ridiculous.

Nobody knows what will happen but it's not like this is a 10000 to 1 split and then raising to 20 billion authorized shares
