Court approval on YRIV's behalf has been priced in at this point. Maybe a little pop, but that's about it. YRIV needs some substantial news regarding their actual buisness. Both runs over the past 5 month have been on no news.


What if it's dismissed...then what?

So many plays have run huge on no news over the past few months... Crazy how that happens, isn't it?!

Never forget that these Companies, their institutional lenders, MM's, and your broker would not exist if it weren't for RETAIL! Just like a Casino...no guests, no buisness!

The stock market is an predator / prey scenario where the Companies and their lenders are the predators and retail IS the prey. Play wisely!
