One can rationally deduce that after holding through the RS they would have added or will add after the bloodbath at the lows, it only makes sense if one is making use of their common sense after a 12-1 RS crash, they are in it to profit after all. Only Cross Rivers adds after are known as they are filing 13D status

Total of shares below and % of outstanding at the bottom. Doesn't look like they hold much, but, when looking at how they bought it 12 X 1 then X $2+ avg PPS you can see they are in deep $$. May seem insignificant for say one having 1665 share but X 12 its 19,980 shares they bought then X $2 at least, that's $40,000 for those 1665 shares, what would you do to sort that out. Only Cross River and Shah Capital are in near $12 a share, Cross River from adding 17% of the OS after RS and Shah capital as they started their position in Q1 and added in Q2 before the RS.
Others are in for $ as high as $65-70 a share at current share count as that is when they accumulated their shares going back through their 13F filings. Fact is every institution/fund barring Cross River and Shah Capital has/had to add the lows if they want to even think of making a profit, you do the math. Wasn't long ago Francesca's was doing .20 a share profit (2.40 current count) and trading $4-8 ($48-96). It has been beaten, oversold, over shorted and priced for bankruptcy. The market cap is $ 11,652,500 people need to start doing some arithmetic.
Because funds don't read internet posting boards, they do the math and read the data and retail my friends is rocking now, tick tock.
If you add add dips and put GTC $25+ on them and sit back and relax.
