If Michael Mona who just walked away from CVSI with a 7+ million dollar severance package plus 2,950,000 shares of which only 983,323 vest immediately why would he sell 800,000+ shares at $4.65 ?

Perhaps he saw this coming;

A 52.6% decline in price overdue past 6 months?
