Great recovery. On RS; it is likely that, as an analogy the last attempt was stated 30 days in advance therefore it is likely that warning will be issued prior to the split if the shareholders agree to it. The fact is we are seeing some real positive traction and while a RS is possible, it is also possible that if the trend upward continues that it may be set aside. I can't believe that some of the largest shareholders would want a RS if in fact the share price continues going up. JMHO
