I would agree on that timeline being unfavorable for JPS because they are a one hit wonder...after par its over.

However, with the common...divys pay forever.

Time is on our side.

Pref Shares want out quick.

Im personally good with a 5-10 year plan.

20 year would be my max.

Gotta live some in old age.
