not much new here no sign of any progress couple of items that puzzle me why there is no cost of land taxes for the last two years this is a cost of about 80,000$ and no indication of whether it is paid or outstanding or how it was paid, if it was. the other major issue concerns the disclosure that now amparo quijano claro, the wife of maurizio cordoba has now gotten 16,000,000 shares of auryn, the same number that mdmn is supposed to own. this represents, according to the disclosure, 23% of the total if you combine the 23 plus mdmn 23 and maurizio cordoba at 38% represents 84%
control position so these are all insiders under sec regulations so how do they intended to distribute to the mdmn shareholders free trading shares??
this may explain the long delays.
