Can anyone tell me why it dropped 5 cents but will bounce again now? I will assume not and explain. Bid raised and ascm was first on ask .647. Ascm is a short MM. he just shorted it down and is covering now on top bid .59 so that will drive it up a couple cents but he already profited. Welcome
