Poking my head in here and I agree with your post. I been in several stocks that filed a Form 15 for the same reasons HPIL mentioned and their stock went on a fire run shortly afterward. Go look at IF*x.y.

In Nov 2017 they went the "EXACT" same route HPIL is going and in Jan 2018 their stock hit .009s from .0004 (with about 4 Bil outstanding shares by the way).

It just sounds like HPIL wants to work at their own pace without all that nearterm pressure of filings which is ok and understandable..."ONLY" if they have a plan. Though I dont post on this board, I watch this stock each day to see if people are truly dissecting the HPIL pr's and no offense, I have yet to see anyone really touch on the bigger things HPIL has going for itself that other subs dont. If they are in the background doing what they say they are doing in past "recent" Pr's, then this one still has a chance to run big and break the last high in the 00 teens......
